By choosing healthy fast food options you can dine out without straying from your eating goals.

Whether itís for the sake of convenience or to appease a craving, sometimes we call upon another cook to feed us. In fact, our appetite for eating out has never been larger. Americans now spend more on food at restaurants than food from the supermarket. While this is generally bad news for our collective health, as research suggests eating out too often can raise diabetes and obesity risk.
