Benefits of Low-Acid Coffee and Grape Seed Oil

Does your morning cup of coffee leave you queasy? If so, you may be sensitive to one or more of the hundreds of chemical compounds found in brewed coffee. Researchers can’t agree on exactly what causes the heartburn that many coffee drinkers suffer. It could be from the caffeine, or one or more of the many acids found naturally in coffee. Some studies support the notion that lower acid coffees might help people with heartburn, while others point to caffeine content and roasting and brewing methods as ways of reducing heartburn.
