Q. I donít like to eat fish. Can I get enough omega-3 fatty acids by eating walnuts and flaxseed?

A. Thatís a challenge. Walnuts and ground flaxseed (flax meal) are recommended sources of an essential omega-3 fat, but if they are your sole omega-3 sources, itís unlikely youíll receive many of the health benefits attributed to omega-3ís.
