Getting the Best of the Breakfast Bran Bunch

You've narrowed your cereal choices to those with bran. Now the choosing should be easy, right? Better take a second look. There are traditional grains like oat bran and wheat bran, or new cereals with flaxseed or psyllium thrown in. And they're not all created equal. Here's what you need to know to make the best choice. Bran refers to the outer husk of a grain, be it wheat, oat, rice or corn.
