Fake Olive Oil; Matcha Tea Brews Benefits

Unfortunately, you canít always rely on what the label says about your olive oil. While extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) is the finest, least refined category of the olive oils, research has found that almost 80 percent of imported EVOO sold in the U.S. may be diluted with substandard oils or contain artificial coloring, flavor and aroma. Matcha is a Japanese-style green tea made from tea leaves that are ground into a fine powder, which is then dissolved into hot water or milk.
