Breakfast-to-Go Grape Smoothie

11⁄2 c frozen grapes 1 banana, sliced 1⁄2 c vanilla or honey flavored lowfat Greek yogurt 1⁄2 c grape juice 1⁄4 c wheat flake cereal [IMGCAP(1)] Directions: Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend for 1 minute.
