FDA Sets Gluten-Free Labeling Standard
Gluten-free consumers have reason to celebrate. After years of waiting, on August 2 the U.S. announced that they would follow in the footsteps of Canada and the European Union by enforcing their own standard definition of gluten-free on food labels.
