Apricot ABCs: Vitamin A, Beta-Carotene, Vitamin C
Apricots are extremely rich in beta-carotene, important for vision. Vitamin C, potassium and fiber are typically plentiful in apricots too. Fresh is best, but don’t discount dried and canned.
