Bulgur: “Whole” Wheat By Any Other Name
Bulgur is made from wheat kernels that are first boiled or steamed, then dried and cracked into pieces. Nutritionally, it's nearly identical to whole wheat, including the phytonutrients associated with a lower risk of colon cancer. Try it in EN's Own Bulgur Breakfast Bowl.
