Can’t Sleep? Jet-Lagged? ...Maybe Melatonin?

Q. Can melatonin supplements help me sleep at night or ease jet lag?
A. Not according to a recent review of 15 clinical studies published in the British Medical Journal, which reported no evidence that melatonin is effective for treating insomnia or jet lag.
