Does New Enova Oil Live Up to Its Fat-Busting Claims?
Q. I’ve been seeing ads for a new cooking oil called Enova that say it is not stored as fat. Is this for real? Is it safe?
A. Yes, it’s for real, but it isn’t quite as miraculous as it sounds. And although it appears safe so far, there are other concerns.
