Eating too much fat or the wrong type of fat may speed the progression of age-related macular degeneration (ARMD), the leading cause of blindness for people over 65. Thatís the conclusion of a new study from Harvardís School of Public Health and the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston.
