Celiac Disease More Common Than Thought

Celiac disease (CD), a digestive disorder involving intolerance to gluten, a protein found in wheat, rye and barley (and sometimes oats), may affect twice as many Americans as previously thought, according to the largest screening study for celiac disease ever done.
