Dont Sweat Over How Much or What Type of Exercise...Just Do It
Q. Iím confused. Is it better to exercise longer at one time or is it okay to break it up into several short sessions? A. Results from a study of 30 women by researchers at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the University of Texas suggest that, ideally, daily exercise should come in one sustained dose, instead of short bursts spread out over the day. But if youíre new to exercise, that may not be the best regimen.
