Salt has been grabbing health headlines for years. Mostly itís been bad news about how the sodium in salt raises blood pressure (table salt is 40% sodium and 60% chloride). In recent years, sodium has even come under renewed fire for its role in bone loss. Should salt shakers be banned from the table?
