Crackers Arent All Theyre Cracked Up to Be
Crackers are the healthful snack alternative to cookies and chips, right? Not so fast. Crackers aren’t always what they seem. Yes, most do have less sugar and calories than cookies. And less salt and fat than chips. But, for example, while Nabisco’s SnackWell’s Wheat Crackers may sound seductively healthful, they’re basically just a white flour cracker with brown coloring.
