Unproved Saponins in Cholesterol Blocker
The Buzz: "Cholestaid is the first cholesterol blocker clinically proven to naturally reduce cholesterol by up to 42% in only six weeks with no side effects," according to its maker. Cholestaid is also touted to lower LDL's ("bad" low-density lipoprotein cholesterol) up to 29%.
