Get More Antioxidants, Urges Expert Panel

Everyone wants to reduce emotional stress, but who gives thought to oxidative stress? A panel of scientists has. At a recent joint meeting of the American Aging Association and the American College of Clinical Gerontology, the panel came to a consensus: Adults over 65 should get more of vitamins C and E to combat oxidative stress.
