Move Over Pam…for Refillable Oil Misters

When Pam cooking spray was first introduced in 1959, it was revolutionary, allowing homemakers to spray a fine mist of vegetable oil on pans prior to cooking or baking, thus minimizing the amount of fat used. Now, several fill-it-yourself oil misters are available. These nonaerosol alternatives can be filled and refilled with your own brand of olive or canola oil.
