Combat Holiday Overeating:
That long holiday season—from Thanksgiving to New Year's—is upon us again, this one celebrating the new millennium. That could spell trouble for people watching their weight. One study, for example, found that people ate 32% more during a Thanksgiving weekend than during a typical weekend.
