Exercise Incentive for Folks Over 50

To encourage baby boomers and their parents to get up and get moving, the National Institute on Aging, in conjunction with NASA, is offering a free 100-page booklet. Exercise: A Guide From the National Institute on Aging outlines an exercise program for people over 50. The illustrated guide provides instruction on 45 at-home exercises to increase endurance, strength, balance and flexibility, with charts to help monitor your progress.
