Organic Frozen Meals: The Best Nature Has to Offer?

Packaged organic foods used to be difficult to find. Sure, there were soups and cereals, eventually even milk and ice cream. Now, the organic movement has discovered the ultimate in convenience—frozen organic entrees. The offerings boast certified organic whole wheat and semolina flours, soybeans, tofu and vegetables. A catch: Not all the ingredients are always organic, so check the label. What you don't get in these products are artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, modifiers
