Kids say the darndest things. But one 14-year old said it so well it was published in the prestigious American Journal of Cardiology. With the help of his cardiologist father, the student randomly surveyed 181 members of the American College of Cardiology about their use of antioxidant supplements. His findings: 44% take vitamin E, vitamin C or beta-carotene, alone or together. Vitamin E was the most popular, at 400 International Units
