Knowing Your BMI Could Save Your Life

Do you know your BMI? You should. According to a recent study from London, your Body Mass Index (BMI) -- a formula that relates your weight to your height—may be a good indicator of your risk of developing several killer diseases. The British researchers followed more than 7,700 men for an average of almost 15 years. They found that men with BMI's between 20 and 23.9 had the lowest overall risk of dying
